Be My Santa is a heartwarming employee volunteering and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative driven by Hero FinCorp (alongside Hero Housing Finance) under their umbrella volunteering program, Umang.
The Challenge
The organization wanted to launch an employee engagement and CSR initiative from the ground up, but had no existing framework or infrastructure to connect employees with student beneficiaries in a simple, transparent way.

Built an employee engagement and CSR campaign from scratch with a custom platform to select beneficiaries, choose gifts, and complete transactions seamlessly.
